File and order review

Tell us which dimensions are critical.
A DXF defines the profile, but it does not communicate every functional need. Include a drawing when tolerances, hole size, finish, orientation, or another feature is important.

Repeatable flat profiles with clean, efficient production.
Laser cutting is excellent for accurate outlines and cutouts across a sheet. Edge condition, flatness, small-feature accuracy, and heat effects vary with material and thickness, so critical specifications should be reviewed before ordering.
Confirm the bends before production.
For formed work, we compare material and model thickness, finished dimensions, bend direction, radius intent, flange access, hole clearances and bend sequence against the proposed setup. Tool contact can leave visible marks; identify cosmetic faces and critical angles in your request. A drawing is optional but useful when a model alone does not explain a critical requirement.
