Rapid CNC Parts.com (“Rapid CNC Parts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides online quoting and manufacturing services, including laser cutting, bending and forming, finishing, and related project support. 1. Information we collect

Contact, account, quote, and order information. We may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account information, quote and order details, and communications with us.

Project files and specifications. We may collect files and information you submit for automated quoting or manual review, including DXF, DWG, STEP/STP, drawings, images, models, material selections, dimensions, quantities, tolerances, notes, and other project requirements.

Payment information. Payments made through the online ordering workflow are processed using Stripe. Payment information is handled according to Stripe’s privacy and security practices.

Website and device information. When you use our website or online quote experience, we and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, and cookie or similar identifiers.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide automated or manually reviewed quotes;
• review manufacturability and project requirements;
• manufacture, finish, package, ship, and support orders;
• communicate about quotes, orders, accounts, schedules, and support requests;
• operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and quote experience;
• measure website and advertising performance;
• detect fraud or misuse; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Project files and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the project files and intellectual property you submit. You authorize Rapid CNC Parts and the service providers used in our quote and order workflow to process those files only as needed to quote, review, manufacture, fulfill, and support your project, operate the service, and comply with law.

We do not use uploaded project files to train AI models.

Please contact us before uploading files if your project requires a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Do not submit information or files that you do not have the right to provide.

4. Service providers and other disclosures

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information to providers and partners that help us operate our services, including:

• DigiFabster, which supplies the online file-upload, quoting, account, and order experience and therefore may receive uploaded project files, quote configurations, contact information, and order information;
• Odoo, which supplies the website platform, hosting, and related site functions;
• Stripe, which supplies payment-processing technology in the online ordering workflow;
• Google services, including advertising measurement and analytics or tag-management technology used on the Rapid site or within the quote experience;
• Meta, through Meta Pixel technology used for advertising measurement;
• Cloudflare, for website delivery, performance, security, and traffic analysis;
• shipping carriers, finishing providers, and other vendors used to complete or deliver an order; and
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or connected with a sale, merger, financing, or reorganization of the business.

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and the agreements that apply to their services.

5. Cookies and measurement technologies

The website and quote experience use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, site operation, analytics, and advertising measurement. These tools include Google, Meta, and Cloudflare technologies. You can use available cookie controls, browser settings, or provider opt-out tools to limit non-essential tracking, although some site functions may not work as intended if cookies are blocked.
