Rapid CNC Parts.com Expands with CNC Laser Cutting for Modern Manufacturing

A new chapter in faster quoting, cleaner cutting, and more complete manufacturing support.

At Rapid CNC Parts.com, we’re excited to announce the addition of CNC laser cutting to our growing manufacturing capabilities.

This is a major step forward for our company and for the customers we serve. What began as a platform focused on making custom CNC machining faster and easier is evolving into something bigger: a more complete manufacturing resource for customers who need precision laser-cut parts, CNC machining, and the ability to combine both processes when a project demands it.

Much of our energy up to this point has gone into building, commissioning, and preparing this new capability the right way. Now that the laser is online, we’re excited to begin sharing more of that journey and the work ahead.

Our new laser cutting service allows us to support a wider range of parts, applications, and customers — from flat profiles and brackets to components that begin as laser-cut blanks and move into machining, forming, welding, or additional finishing.

Why This Matters

Many metal parts do not start as fully machined components. In real-world manufacturing, laser cutting is often the fastest and most cost-effective way to create precise flat parts, tabs, gussets, brackets, plates, panels, and welded assembly components.

By adding laser cutting to Rapid CNC Parts.com, we can now help customers move more efficiently from design to production by offering:

  • Fast quoting for laser-cut parts
  • Precision CNC machining for features that require tighter tolerances or more complex geometry
  • A better path for projects that combine cutting, machining, and fabrication
  • More flexibility for prototypes, production parts, and repeat orders

This expansion reflects how parts are actually made in industry — and where we believe modern manufacturing needs to go.

Built to Support Real Manufacturing Work

Our laser cutting capability is designed to support a broad range of industrial and production-focused work. That includes everything from one-off prototype parts to repeat components used in equipment, machinery, structural assemblies, and fabricated products.

For customers, that means a more practical and capable solution when a project involves:

  • Flat metal parts
  • Production brackets and mounting plates
  • Weld-ready components
  • Sheet and plate parts that may need secondary machining
  • Industrial projects that require more than a simple quote workflow

In many cases, laser cutting is the most efficient first step. When needed, machining can then be used to add precision bores, counterbores, tapped holes, tight-tolerance features, or secondary finishing work.

That combination is where Rapid CNC Parts.com becomes especially valuable.

Supporting Growing Industrial Infrastructure

This new capability also positions us to better support the kinds of projects shaping growth across our region and beyond.

As new data centers, energy facilities, utility projects, and solar field installations continue to expand, the need for dependable suppliers of precision-cut metal components only grows. From support brackets and mounting components to enclosure parts, plates, panels, and fabricated assemblies, many of these projects rely on accurately cut and repeatable parts that can move quickly from file to production.

By adding laser cutting alongside our machining capabilities, we are better equipped to support contractors, builders, OEMs, and industrial teams who need responsive manufacturing support closer to where work is happening.

For customers looking for a capable domestic supplier, this creates an opportunity to source parts with greater speed, flexibility, and real manufacturing oversight.

More Than Just Another Laser

This launch is not just about adding a machine. It’s about expanding the way we support customers.

We’re continuing to build Rapid CNC Parts.com as more than a simple online quoting tool. Fast digital quoting remains an important part of the customer experience, especially for straightforward parts and repeatable workflows. But many real-world projects require more — from process guidance and manufacturability review to secondary operations, fabrication, and production support. This expansion reflects that broader vision.

We are building Rapid CNC Parts.com to serve two clear needs.

The first is fast, straightforward quoting for customers who already have files, know what they need, and want to move quickly.

The second is deeper manufacturing support for customers who need a partner — whether that means evaluating manufacturability, combining processes, supporting repeat production, or producing components for larger assemblies and contract work.

Laser cutting strengthens both of those paths. It gives customers a fast way to source many common part types, while also giving us the ability to support more complete manufacturing solutions when a project goes beyond a simple flat cut part.

A Better Fit for Fabricators, Engineers, and Industrial Customers

As Rapid CNC Parts.com continues to grow, our focus is increasingly centered on supporting:

  • Fabricators
  • Engineers
  • Industrial buyers
  • Equipment builders
  • Contractors and project teams
  • Product developers
  • Manufacturers who need dependable part supply

We still believe in making manufacturing more accessible. But we also know that many customers need more than speed alone. They need practical feedback, reliable execution, and a manufacturing partner who understands how to move from drawing to finished part.

That is the direction we are building toward.

Laser Cutting + Machining Under One Roof

One of the biggest advantages of this expansion is the ability to support parts that require more than one process.

A part may start as a laser-cut blank to reduce cost and material waste, then move to machining for finished features. A fabricated assembly may require accurately cut components that later need drilling, tapped holes, or secondary precision work. A production customer may need repeatability across both cut and machined features.

For industrial construction, energy, and infrastructure-related work, that flexibility can be especially important when teams need a supplier who can support both flat-cut components and more advanced secondary operations without unnecessary delays or handoffs.

By bringing these capabilities together, we can offer a more streamlined path from concept to completion.

Looking Ahead

This is an exciting milestone for our team, and it is only the beginning.

The addition of this laser also complements our CNC press brake, further strengthening our ability to support cut and formed sheet metal components. We selected the Accurl system because it aligned with the level of cutting capability, technology, and support we wanted to bring online as we expanded into laser cutting. We’re grateful to Moore Machine Tools and Accurl for their support throughout installation, training, and commissioning as this machine was brought online.

We are continuing to build Rapid CNC Parts.com into a stronger platform for modern manufacturing — one that combines digital quoting, practical design guidance, precision production, and real-world shop capability.

Our goal is simple: help customers get parts made faster, smarter, and with the right process for the job.

Whether the need is a prototype bracket, a repeat production component, a fabricated assembly part, or support for larger industrial builds, we’re excited to expand what we can offer.

If you have a project that involves laser cutting, CNC machining, or both, we’d love to be part of it.

Your parts. Our machines. Real results.
